Our aim would be to make our bars great locations, high in character, great individual places to eat, take in & sleep; someplace for local people, businesses, people & tourists to satisfy and call their particular. Every club is unique, individually made to fit their particular city or town, and respecting each pub’s record.

Lee Money, Owner

Before starting the Rose & Crown in 2002, Lee invested five years doing work for Raymond Blanc. He was GM on flagship Le Petit Blanc in Brindley spot, Birmingham before installing his very own business in partnership with Hamish Stoddart at ripe age 27. In 2012 they won a Catey (the hospitality business’s Oscars) for Best Pub and Bar Group.

Matt Foster, Head Cook

Matt got into cooking at a young age motivated by their Mum who was simply always in the home rustling up some thing delicious. He took a leaf away from the woman guide and got their very first job cleansing meals within pretty Bedfordshire club The Crown at Northill as he had been simply 16. Within the room of just 3 years he went from the kitchen sink to becoming among their best cooks, balancing their cooking tasks with university on top of that.
